At 10 am, 5 August, 2022, EYANG Technology held a commencement ceremony for “Dongguan EYANG Industrial and Automotive Grade MLCC” project in Fengdeling Village, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City.
Leaders who attended this ceremony were: Erik Zhou, Chairman of the board in Tianli Holdings Group Limited and EYANG Technology, Huang Tianliang, vice secretary of Party committee in Fenggang Town, Liu Zhe, member of the Town Party Committee, Zhuo Yichang, Deputy Town Chief, Huang Dunbin, Chairman of the chamber of commerce. Except for this, we also have representatives from EYANG’s cooperative partners, news media, employees of EYANG and workers from the project, sharing this significant moment together.
In the speech, EYANG Chairman Erik pointed out that this project is one of the most major constructions in Dongguan City and conforms to the trend of building a new generation of electronics information industry adjacent to Shenzhen. Furthermore, as a typical lead, this project plays a very important role in breaking the US containment for Chinese strategic electronic components, expanding coverage of national brands, and safeguarding the development of an independent and controllable electronics information industry. One thing worth mentioning is that during the course, great support and assistance were provided by government of municipal and town levels as well as town chamber of commerce.
Bearing the spirit of “Honesty, Innovative, Leading, Keep Improving”, EYANG Technology is striving to become a world leading BQS (Best Quality Sourcing) in MLCC field. With unremitting efforts from “EYANG craftsman”, the smallest 008004 MLCC products passed tests and verification from CEPREI(China Electronic Product Reliability and Environmental Testing Research Institute) in 2021. This category has won the 2nd prize of Guangdong Province Electronic Information Industry Science and Technology Award while the 3rd prize winner belongs to key technology research and application of communication used 5G microwave high Q MLCC from EYANG.
As is known to all, MLCC, aka, “Rice of the Electronics Industry” is one of the most major passive components suitable for SMT and also a very general used fundamental components. With the popularization of downstream application such as 5G terminals and system appliances, IoT, smart EV increases, MLCC demands grow exponentially. For Chinese enterprises, it is a good opportunity to expand product capacity and increase supply following the trend of larger MLCC market share. Being an experienced Chinese brand, EYANG Technology is planning to invest more. Namely, Eyang began to construct a new South China production base in the same city as the old one after new East China production base with an estimation of 500 bullion pieces annually putting into production. Located in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, EYANG’s new South China plant has a total area of 34.4 acres, 68,800 sqm floor space and one billion RMB yuan the investment amount. There will be facilities like two advanced workshops, R&D buildings, multiple-use buildings, and dormitory area. Focuses will be industrial and automotive grade MLCC with four of the most advanced production lines being introduced. The new plant will be equipped with facilities best of their kind globally and production value will be an expected one billion RMB yuan. Our aim is to make it the world leading R&D and production bases for industrial grade MLCC used in automobile and base station with features including high reliability, withstand voltage and volume, together with RF ultra micro MLCC.
The project aims at promoting EYANG’s R&D capabilities of high end MLCC and expand production capacity. With the changing international situation, EYANG Technology acts actively to national strategies while being a leading national brand. And it also makes great contributions for addressing high-end strangled technology by investing in high standard (construction layout, equipment, environment) plants and enlarging output.
Today's ceremony will definitely become a new starting point for EYANG's development!
